How long does delivery take?
Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Locker and pickup point deliveries usually take 1-4 business days, and door delivery 2-4 business days. Once your order ships, we send you tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not yet. We currently deliver within South Africa only. We plan to add international shipping later.
How do I choose a PUDO locker or Pargo pickup point?
At checkout, pick the PUDO locker or Pargo pickup point option, then type the name and address of your chosen locker or pickup point in the delivery address box. You can find your nearest one on the PUDO or Pargo website. You will be notified when your parcel is ready to collect.
Can I return something?
Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded. Customers in South Africa can also return unused items within 7 days. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full details.
Do the tripods come with a remote?
The Bluetooth Selfie Stick Tripod comes with a wireless Bluetooth remote, so you can take photos and start videos from a distance.
What colours are available?
The Bluetooth Selfie Stick Tripod comes in white, pink and black.
